This is your own private group with a guide who adjusts the itinerary to your interests and fitness. The route goes up State Road 550 through Hanapēpē to Waimea, then the canyon rim at over 4,000 feet, with views toward the Nā Pali Coast and Waipoʻo Falls (800 feet). Optional short hikes are 0.25 to 0.5 miles round trip on relatively even ground; the guide chooses which ones based on weather and group ability. You can book 9 hours in a single day or stretch it over 2–3 days if you want to see sunrise, afternoon light, and sunset. Pickup from your hotel is available.
